Abenaki chef Lysanne O’Bomsawin publishes Cuisine autochtone, her first cookbook.
Cuisine autochtone is a human story that celebrates the deep-rooted knowledge within the culinary traditions of the province’s eleven First Nations.
Through traditional and contemporary recipes, as well as ancestral techniques, Lysanne shares her story and those of many Indigenous nations in Quebec.
