Seeing your wine on the menu of one Quebec’s best restaurants is something many Canadian winemakers hope for.
Winemaker Michal Mosny is of the lot. His signature showcases old world inspirations with elegant Okanagan Valley novelty.
Mosny believes music gives a personality to the wines he recently started producing in Oliver, British Columbia. He moved from Slovakia – bringing some of his old world knowledge to his new venture.
Michal was in Quebec City this weekend, along with his partners- media personality and broadcaster Terry David Mulligan and actor-director Jason Priestley.
They visited la Vieille Capitale to present their Canadian wine project Q&A Wines to customers of the Champlain restaurant of the Château Frontenac. Jason and Michal were visting Quebec City for the first time, and that’s where our conversation began.
